Our family vacation at Flaxbourne Motels was a refreshing experience, nestled within stunning New Zealand countryside, mere minutes from unspoiled beaches. What stood out was the warm welcome from our hosts, who, despite being new, eagerly made us feel at home. We enjoyed several family-friendly activities during our stay. One day, we headed to Marfells Beach where my daughter and I went fishing; she caught her first fish! It was such a memorable moment for us, surrounded by beautiful scenery. We also ventured on a hike, taking in the stunning views while sharing stories. The accommodations were spacious and tidy, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as quality toiletries. Beyond the comfort, there were lovely outdoor picnic spots where we could unwind after our adventures. It's worth noting that while the main road is nearby, our nights were tranquil—perfect for restful family time after full days of exploration. If you're looking for a friendly place with easy access to family activities, Flaxbourne is a great choice. We'll definitely be returning to create more cherished memories!
